This is the full “get that soot-cooking nonsense out of my engine valley” kit.

VW buried the EGR cooler deep in the 3.0 TDI valley, surrounded it with plastic coolant parts, hoses, seals, clamps, and just enough awkwardness to make the job annoying twice. First when it starts leaking, clogging, cracking, or making a mess. Then again when you realize half the parts around it are also made of heat-cycled plastic with retirement plans.

This kit handles the whole mess in one shot.

You get the billet intermediate flange, billet coolant bypass valve, billet coolant temperature sensor housing, EGR blockoff plates, silicone coolant hoses, stainless clamps, vacuum caps, rail caps, and the seals needed to put it back together properly. No chasing random fittings. No ordering half a kit from one place and the rest from three sketchy listings. No leaving brittle factory plastic behind in the hottest, dumbest place VW could have put it.

The billet parts are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, because hot coolant and old plastic were never a good long-term relationship. The hoses use an OAT-compatible liner, the hardware is stainless, and the sealing setup is built to do the job without turning into a coolant-scented regret later. Once installed, the EGR cooler is out of the valley, the coolant loop is cleaned up, and the usual leak-prone factory clutter gets replaced with parts that actually belong on a diesel engine.

For off-road use only. Requires an EGR delete tune. We recommend Tunezilla but any reputable tuner can do this.
