Get soot out of your intake!

The factory EGR setup on the Gen2 3.0 TDI is a filthy little heat-soaked soot recycler jammed into one of the least enjoyable spots on the engine. When it works, it feeds exhaust back where clean air should be. When it doesn’t, it gives you leaks, codes, crusty hardware, and a strong urge to throw tools.

This kit blocks it off properly.

A tune is required. The EGR needs to be turned off in software or the ECU will complain, throw a CEL. We recommend Tunezilla but any reputable tuner can do this.

DPF, Cat, and AdBlue/SCR can stay intact if your setup calls for it
