Automotive parts need to come back in the same condition they went out. If the part is new, unused, and never installed, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Part is new, unused, never installed, and unmodified.
  • Original packaging, hardware, seals, and documents are included.
  • Part is packaged securely so it arrives back without damage.

Non-returnable

Returns we cannot accept

  • Installed, test-fitted, scratched, marked, or contaminated parts.
  • Parts missing hardware, gaskets, seals, packaging, or paperwork.
  • Electrical parts, special-order items, or custom-machined items.
  • Parts damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.

Refunds

How refunds work

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we made an error.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • A restocking fee may apply to incomplete or non-standard returns.
