Automotive parts need to come back in the same condition they went out. If the part is new, unused, and never installed, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
New only
Returned parts must be unused, never installed, clean, complete, and in original packaging with all included hardware.

- Return request is opened within 30 days of delivery.
- Part is new, unused, never installed, and unmodified.
- Original packaging, hardware, seals, and documents are included.
- Part is packaged securely so it arrives back without damage.
Non-returnable
Returns we cannot accept
- Installed, test-fitted, scratched, marked, or contaminated parts.
- Parts missing hardware, gaskets, seals, packaging, or paperwork.
- Electrical parts, special-order items, or custom-machined items.
- Parts damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.
Refunds
How refunds work
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we made an error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- A restocking fee may apply to incomplete or non-standard returns.
